COD (Cash on delivery)?
Yes, COD service only provide at mainland and Penang.
How do I make payment?
-We accept PayPal payment.
PayPal is a payment method for Credit Card or Debit Card user, simple to use, select it , proceed to your paypal account , fill in your card details and make the payment.
-We accept IPAY88 (Internet Banking)
Q: What is IPAY88 ?
A : iPay88 is an Internet Payment Switching Gateway through Internet Banking (or E-Debit) developed by Mobile88.Com Sdn. Bhd. It is the same Online Payment Gateway System currently provided by many licensed Financial Institutions.
Q: How to use it?
A: Very simple, as long as you have online bank account, you are able to select it as your payment method, it will redirect you to mobile88 page , select your Bank and make the payment. Ipay88 is associated with most of the Malaysia bank.

After Offline payment done, which step shall I take? Kindly take a clear snapshot of the offline Banking receipt together with your Order ID / Code ( example : #1300 ) and sent us via Email ( info@acaibar.com.my ). Please make sure that that the amount to be banked in is the correct amount. Any change owed to the customer will be rebate for next purchase.

UNOPENED PRODUCTS
Changed your mind? That's fine. We will happily accept returns of UNUSED and UNOPENED products providing that we receive your return request within 1 days of the PURCHASE date. Please note that we do not refund the original postage fees with the return.To return a product, please Contact us to let us know you would like to arrange a product return. We'll advise the best address for you to send the products to. Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and post them back to us. Provided that we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (not including original postage fees) to be refunded to the purchaser's credit card.
Our policy lasts 1 days. If 1 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the courier.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
